    Co-Founder, Therapist, Clinical Supervisor

    Kel (she/her) is a compassionate therapist dedicated to fostering positive change and well-being in her clients' lives. With a solution-focused and strength-based approach, she empowers individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Specializing in working with BIPOC and LGBTQ clients, Kel has extensive experience from her Master’s Degree and roles with at-risk youth, CPS, Juvenile Probation, and as a psychiatric emergency responder. She excels in addressing depression, anxiety, gender identity, LGBTQ issues, minority stress, and PTSD. Kel is committed to creating a therapeutic environment where every voice is valued and believes in the power of therapy to facilitate healing and transformation.

    Shannon Mathews (she/her)

    Co-Founder, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant

    Shannon (she/her) is a dedicated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consultant. She has successfully guided both schools and corporations in creating more inclusive environments, helping them to embrace diverse perspectives and foster equitable practices. Shannon's passion for inclusivity and her commitment to making meaningful change are central to her professional ethos, driving her to empower individuals and organizations to thrive in a more inclusive world.

    In addition to her work in DEI, Shannon is a seasoned educator and coach with over 15 years of experience shaping and inspiring the next generation of leaders. A former college and professional athlete, Shannon leverages her rich sports career to bring unique insights and expertise to her coaching and teaching methods. Her deep understanding of discipline, teamwork, and resilience, gained from years in competitive sports, profoundly informs her approach to education and personal development.

    Brittany Hardin (she/her)

    Brittany (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and experience as a special needs paraeducator. She offers holistic, Trauma-Informed therapy for individuals, youth, families, and couples, focusing on empowerment for marginalized groups, including diverse backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, and people with disabilities. Brittany emphasizes the importance of your unique experience and is dedicated to exploring how past attachment influences present relationships while providing life-affirming support and resources.
